Yellowjacket Creek

Class IV, 78fpm, ~250cfs (1200cfs Cispus at Randle)

April 27, 2002

Ben, Troy, Jason, Josh

Josh and Troy in the pool below Godzilla.

I'm tired of writing about Yellowjacket Creek so here are the photos. The flow was too low but we figured it would be good for Troy since he hadn't kayaked in months and this was his first time in his new Micro 250. He did well except for one flip and pull in the final boulder garden. Rain chased us east and we skied the last day of the season at White Pass the following day.

Camp on the Tieton River. The Hummels mounted their new skis that evening so we could ski the last day of the season at White Pass the following day.
